ABOUT DANCE FREEX RADIO

Dance Freex Radio is an independent online dance music broadcaster and music discovery platform.

YOUTUBE API SERVICES

Dance Freex Radio operates an internal music discovery and intelligence system known as DFR20.

DFR20 uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API, to identify music recordings and retrieve publicly available information relating to relevant YouTube videos.

By using any Dance Freex Radio feature that incorporates YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service:

DFR20 does not currently require users or visitors to sign into a Google or YouTube account and does not perform actions on behalf of YouTube users.

DFR20 AND MUSIC INFORMATION

DFR20 is used internally by Dance Freex Radio to support music identification, catalogue research, discovery and analysis.

The presence of a recording, artist, label, video or other music-related information within DFR20 does not imply endorsement, ownership or affiliation unless expressly stated.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the design, branding, original written content and original materials created by Dance Freex Radio are owned by or licensed to Dance Freex Radio and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Music, artwork, videos, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
